Our jackets are only available through preorder. Once a design’s perfected, we email the waitlist a month before preorders open up. Then again two weeks out, a week out and finally, 48 hours beforehand. We do this to make sure everyone has the best chance of getting their hands on a jacket with plenty of warning.

Preorders help us avoid waste and overproduction. We only ever make what's needed, ensuring each jacket gets the care and detailed attention it deserves. It's better for the environment, and it lets us focus on what we do best – handcrafting the best jackets.

When preorders open up, you’ll secure your build slot by paying a deposit. That guarantees you’ll get the exact jacket you want in the colour and size you’re after.
Just before we move into production, you’ll be invoiced for the remaining amount.

If you do miss the preorder, there's still hope. You’ll be able to join the waitlist, and if a jacket becomes available, you'll be the first to know.

As a general rule of thumb, it takes between 8 and 12 weeks to handcraft our jackets. As soon as preorders close out, we get to work.

We believe in transparency. Throughout the production process, you'll receive frequent email updates, giving you a peek behind the scenes as your jacket comes to life. Check out the Lawrence jacket production updates to get an idea of the scope and frequency.

We get it, plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so at any time.
Our first jacket sold out in 36 hours and immediately built up a waitlist so there’s always someone in line to take your place.
Your build slot deposit is non refundable. However, any subsequent payments towards the same product are fully refundable.

In short, no. Our jackets are only available through the website and we don’t hold any stock. That said, when you put down your deposit, we’ll book you in for a virtual fitting. Comparing measurements of other jackets that you already own against the final prototype, we'll make sure you get the right size.
